Yeast dough recipe


6 cups flour sifted
1 sachet yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
100g melted butter
1 cup warm milk
 Approx. 2 1/2 cups warm water


1.Place the first 4 ingredients in a dish.

2.Make soft dough with liquids. Knead well for a few minutes.

3.Cover the top of a dish with cling wrap or make dough in a Tupperware And seal with a lid.

4.Place in a warm area and leave to double rise.

5.Punch down and knead well before using as required.
