Red velvet cup cakes

Ingredients:
1 and a ¼ cup flour
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp cocoa
½ tsp salt
½ cup buttermilk
1 egg
¾ cup oil
½ tsp vinegar
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 TBlSP red food coloring
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients.
Combine liquids.
Mix dry ingredients into the wet ones.
Bake at 180 for 15-20 mins.
Icing:
Beat half a tub of cream cheese smooth. Add a ¼ tsp of vanilla essence, and a ¼ cup of sifted icing sugar and beat smooth. Gradually add 1/3 of a cup of fresh or double cream and whip till mixture is a pipable texture.
Top with a crystallized rose petal, or two
