Lemon Oregano Dressing


  • 1/3cup(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 1/2small garlic clove, crushed with press
  • 1/4teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
  • 1/3cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil


  1. In a medium bowl, with wire whisk, combinefresh lemon juice; Dijon mustard; dried oregano; garlic clove; salt; and freshly ground black pepper. Continue whisking while adding extra-virgin olive oil in slow, steady stream. Cover and refrigerate up to overnight.
