Chocolate and Yoghurt Dessert
1 (200 g) carton natural yoghurt
1 (300 ml) carton thickened cream
1/2 cup grated chocolate
6 teaspoons brown sugar
1. Combine cream and yoghurt.
2. Beat mixture with electric beater till thick and fluffy.
3. Fold through grated chocolate.
4. Pour into 6 individual ramekins.
5. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
6. Leave in refrigerator overnight to set.
