Frozen Chocolate Dessert


1 cup whipping cream
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter


1. beat cream with chocolate syrup and vanilla.

2. beat egg whites stiff.

3. add 1 cup sugar slowly.

4. fold in yolks 1 at time.

5. fold in whipped cream SLOWLY.

6. in 9x13 pan combine crumbs and sugar and butter saving some for top press in bottom.

7. pour filling into pan

8. sprinkle crumbs on top

9. put in freezer for at least 3 hours after frozen cover with wax paper.
