· Eating lots of vegetables and fruits helps in countering bad taste problems to a large extent.
· Brush your teeth and floss them daily twice after getting up in the morning and before going to sleep at night. Also take care to brush your tongue at the top and at the back. Use mouthwash to kill any lingering bacteria in the morning and at night.
· Avoid smoking completely and control the consumption of coffee, tea.
· You can chew sugarless gums after your meals if you cannot brush them and rinse your mouth with water.
· Eat or use fresh mint and parsley as mouthwash.
· Gargle 2 times a day with salt water.
· In 1 glass of water add the juice of half a slice of lemon and use it as the last rinse whenever you wash your mouth.
