Tandoori fish

Ingredients:
1 Large Fish
2 tsp Crushed Garlic
2 tsp Red Chillies
1 tsp Salt
2 tblsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Tandoori Masala
4 tblsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Black Pepper
4 tblsp Yoghurt
2 tblsp oil
Directions:
Wash & drain Fish
Slash the fish diagonally on either side, three times
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate fish for 2/3 hours
Wrap in foil and bake in oven 200c for ½ an hour or braai over coals.
