Sage Tea


  • 4 tablespoons fresh sage leaves or 4 teaspoons dried sage
  • 3 teaspoons loose black tea, or three black tea bags
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 5 tablespoons sugar


In a large saucepan, heat water to boiling. Place sage, black tea (loose or bags), and sugar in a teapot. Carefully pour water into teapot and gently stir. All tea to brew for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour tea through strainer into teacups. Serve and enjoy!
