Low Fat Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup strained fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup fresh mint, finely chopped

Direction:
  1. Cut Cucumber in thin round slices.
  2. Mix curd and mint together in a bowl.
  3. Add cucumber and toss until coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  5. Low Fat Salad is ready
