Low Fat Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
1/2 Cup strained fat-free yogurt
1/4 Cup fresh mint, finely chopped
Direction:
Cut Cucumber in thin round slices.
Mix curd and mint together in a bowl.
Add cucumber and toss until coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Low Fat Salad is ready
