Honey Florentines


2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Pinch sea salt


1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or baking mats.

2. In a small saucepan over low-medium heat add butter, brown sugar and honey, stir until well blended. In a medium sized bowl add sugar mixture and flour; mix well with a spoon until blended.

3. Place 1/2 teaspoon of mixture on baking sheet, making sure each spoonful is 3 inches away from one another so they have room to bake. Bake 3-4 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool cookies on baking sheet on a wire rack.

Yields: 15 cookies
