Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) beef flank steak
  • 1/4teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for covered direct grilling on medium. Season flank steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place steak on hot grill; cover.
  2. Cook 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness, turning once. Transfer steak to cutting board; let rest 10 minutes.
