- 1 loaf(s) (Small) French Bread
- 2/3cup(s) Caesar salad dressing
- 2 bag(s) (10 ounces each) romaine salad mix
- 12 medium Garlic-grilled Shrimp
- 1/3cup(s) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 medium Lemon, Cut Into Wedges
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut garlic bread into 3/4-inch cubes (3 cups); place in jelly-roll pan. Bake croutons 7 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, in large salad bowl, toss dressing with romaine salad mix. Add shrimp, Parmesan, and croutons; toss well. Serve with lemon wedges.
