Baked Chicken Salad

3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups sliced celery
4 oz cheese, shredded
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 cups crushed potato chips

Combine chicken, celery, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings, and enough mayonnaise to moisten; toss lightly. Place in casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Combine remaining cheese and potato chips; sprinkle on casserole. Return to oven until cheese starts to melt.
