Turkey Tomato Melts

Ingredients :

- 1 lb of 4 Turkey breast slices

- 2 tsp Butter or Margarine

- 4 Slices tomato

- 4 Green pepper rings

- 4 tsp Parmesan cheese

- 4 Slice French bread

Preparation :

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. When butter just begins to turn brown, add turkey. Cook 3 minutes; turn. Top the turkey slices with tomato, green pepper and cheese. Cover and cook 2 more minutes. Toast the French bread slices.

Serve turkey breast slices open-faced on French toast.
