1 can refrigerated pizza crust
1 pound turkey sausage
Heat oven to 375ºF. Unroll pizza crust and form into rectangle. Spread uncooked sausage evenly on crust to edges.
Starting at short end, roll crust into log shape. Using a sharp knife, cut log into 16 individual rolls. (Rolls may be frozen at this point; thawed and baked later.)
Bake rolls cut-side down on lightly oiled shallow baking pan 15 to 20 minutes or until well browned on bottom.
