Piyush

Ingredients:

1 cup Low fat yoghurt
1-2 Cardamoms, crushed or
A few strands Saffron
1 or  2 drops Yellow colour (optional)
Ice cubes
A few Pistachios chopped
Sugar free canderel

Directions:

Soak saffron if using in a little warm milk for a few minutes. Stir to dissolve. Whisk all the ingredients. ogether in a blender till smooth and frothy. Put 2-3 ice cubes in a glass and pour the piyush over the cubes. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped pistachios crushed cardamom or saffron strands.
