Parmesan Pita Crisps
- 1 1/2ounce(s) Parmesan cheese
- 1 large cookie sheet
- Parchment paper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using large holes of box grater, shred Parmesan cheese. Mound 1 tablespoon grated cheese on prepared baking sheet. With hand, flatten into 3-inch round. Repeat with remaining cheese, spacing rounds 2 inches apart.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until pale golden brown. Cool completely on sheet on wire rack. (Store in airtight container up to 1 day.)
