Milo Cake

Ingredients:

125g butter
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tblsp hot water
250ml water
2 eggs
2 tbsp milo
725ml self rising flour

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Gradually add flour. Then add milo, dissolved in hot water. Lastly add water. Mix well and put into pan. Bake at 180C FOR 25 minutes until done.
