Kurdish Tea

Ingredients:

Servings: 4

4 cups water
5 -6 whole omani dried lemons
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

1 Break the Omani lemons open and remove most of the interior, saving only the dried peels.

2 Boil the lemon peels with the water and honey for about five.

3 minutes.

4 Add a little sugar, to taste, if desired.

5 Strain and serve hot.
