Kamar Al Din

Ingredients:

1/4 piece of the roll, cut into small pieces
5 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon orange blossom water

Method:

1. In a pitcher add apricot pieces and 1 cup of the water. Allow to soak for at least two hours.

2. Add sugar and orange blossom water into pitcher. Place a hand held mixer into pitcher and blend well. Add remaining water and stir. Place in refrigerator.
