Herring Hors d`Oeuvres

Origin: Lebanon
Ingredients:
* 1-2 Smoked herring into bite-size pieces
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1/4 cup Olive oil
* 1/2 cup Parsley, finely chopped
* 1/2 cup Lemon juice
Preparation:
De-bone and cut herring in small pieces. Cut garlic in small pieces.
Mix all ingredients. Eat with Arabic bread.
