1/2 lb to 1 lb stew meat (Tastes better if used with boned meat).
1/2 pound wheat seeds (pre-shelled, white wheat)
heated cooking oil
Pre-soak the wheat 1-2 hours before cooking.
Wash and put the wheat in a pot and cover with enough water so
that the water tops the wheat. On high heat let it cook until
the water starts boiling.
