Green Salad (Salata Khalta)

When you have run out of ideas for a quick and easy side dish, try a green salad. Perfect with any dish, a green salad is the perfect quick, addition to any meal!
Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, chopped
- 1 large, firm tomato, cut into eighths
- 1 tablespoon fresh, finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a serving bowl, combine cucumbers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. Drizzle lemon juice and ad desired salt and pepper.
Serve green salad immediately, or store in refrigerator.
