Green Beans with Tahini and Garlic


* 2 & 1/2 Pounds green beans  (fresh)
* 1 tbsp Salt
* 6 tbsp Oil
* 2 tsp Mustard seeds
* 8-9 Cloves garlic, crushed
* 1" Cube, ginger crushed
* 3 tbsp Tahini* (sesame seed paste)
* 1 tbsp Lemon juice
* 1/4 cup Cilantro
* Black pepper (dash)
* Cayenne pepper (dash)

Cut beans 1 inch long.  Boil in salted water till tender but crisp. Drain. Heat oil, put in mustard seeds. When they pop add garlic, stir, add ginger, and stir.  Add rest of ingredients. Turn heat to low, mix through, and serve.

Frozen green beans can be used instead of fresh.
