Fish and chips recipe

Ingredients:
Marinate fish (either fillets or medallions) with:
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic pepper spice
¼ tsp black pepper powder
2 to 3 tblsps of mayonnaise
And some lemon juice
Directions:
Marinate fish for at least an hour with these ingredients.
Dip in flour and egg and fry in shallow oil. Serve with chips and salads.
