Double Chocolate Triffle
1 ready made chocolate sponge cake
4 cups ready made custard
1 cup chocolate nesquick
1 * 200gr Cadbury’s Dairy Milk chocolate, grated
500ml fresh cream
6 tbsp icing sugar
Cup sponger cake into thin slices.
Heat custard and nesquick and keep aside.
Beat fresh cream and icing sugar.
Line the bottom of a glass bowl with a little custard.
Place a slice of chocolate cake over the custard.
Cover cake with fresh cream and grated chocolate.
Repeat the above process ending with a layer of fresh cream
Decorate with chocolate curls.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours before serving.
