Cream of Broccoli Soup

* 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
* 2 tbsp Margarine
* 2 tbsp Flour
* 1/2 tsp Salt
* 1/8 tsp Pepper
* 1 cup Milk
* 2 cups Broccoli, cooked


Sauté onion in margarine. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until mixture is well blended. Add milk, cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Puree broccoli in blender add to thickened mixture.

Cook and stir until soup is heated through.
