Cream doughnuts recipe

Ingredients:

3 ¼ cups flour
1 egg
60grms butter
3 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast.
Enough warm milk to make dough

Directions:

Make dough with warm milk.

Let dough rise, make shapes, let rise again for 30 minutes.

Deep fry. Roll in castor sugar.

When cold slit and fill with fresh cream. Enjoy
