Chocolate Mousse pudding


1 ltr milk
½ cup cocoa
½ cup custard
1 to 1 ½ cups sugar
3 dessert spoons gelatin dissolved in ½ cup warm water
1 tin ideal milk


Chill ideal milk overnight.

Make custard mixture:

Heat milk

Mix custard and cocoa into paste with water

Add to heated milk and stir till thick.

Remove custard – cocoa mixture from stove and add sugar and dissolved gelatin.

Cool custard- cocoa mixture completely.

Whip chilled ideal milk until stiff peaks form.

Fold cooled of custard – cocoa mixture into whipped ideal milk.

Pour into bowl and set in refrigerator. Decorate with cream (optional)
