Cashew and coconut cake

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup warm water
½ cup oil
4 eggs separated
100g slab of Cadbury’s Cashew and Coconut Chocolate grated

Directions:

Mix flour, castor sugar, baking powder and egg yolks together. Add oil, water and vanilla essence.
Fold in grated chocolate and egg whites. Pour into baking pan of choice and bake.
