- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- popsicle or ice molds, or small paper cups
- popsicle sticks
Keep in freezer until frozen, at least three hours. To remove, carefully place mold in a small bowl of warm water until popsicle can be easily removed. Be careful not to let it melt too much!
For a sweeter popsicle sugar may be added, a tablespoon or two, but you can also add different fruits and juices. Try fresh blueberries or strawberries by first pureeing them in a blender and mixing with pomegranate juice before placing in molds. There are a variety of possibilities so have fun experimenting with different flavors!
