2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 cups water
6 oz can apple juice concentrate
Pour 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin into a bowl and add 2 cups boiling water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add one 6 oz. can of apple juice concentrate.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan and chill.
Cut into squares when firm.
