Corn-Squash Casserole

Ingredients:
3 lbs. frozen squash
3 lbs. frozen creamed corn
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 box saltine crackers, crushed
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 stick butter
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Lowry season salt
How to make it:
- In a saucepan, cook onion, corn and squash. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine mixtures and pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° F for about 30 minutes or until cooked on sides. Place grated cheese on top. Place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
