Quick and Easy Tiramisu

For 6-8 people


500g tea biscuits or lady fingers
4 Tablespoons coffee power dissolved ½ cup water or just use espresso coffee
2 cans cream (no sugar in it) (340 g) (thick cream not whipping cream)
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup caster sugar
2 cups whipping cream (you can add vanilla (1 teaspoon) and sugar (2 tablespoons) to it and whip them till stiff peaks form )


1) Dip biscuits or lady fingers in water coffee mixture (lady fingers take in more coffee so you may need to make some more) then line the biscuits in the dish used.

2) Mix thick cream, cocoa powder and caster sugar, keep cool.

3) Put layer one layer of whipped cream followed by another layer of cocoa cream mixer . Lay out another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee pour the rest of the whipped cream and the cocoa cream mix. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
