A healthy meal for all!
- Hokkien noodles
- Chicken neck
- Chicken breast
- Garlic and onion mince
- Vegeta and salt
- Bok choy (csliced)
- Bean sprouts
- Fish cake and fish balls
- Spring onions (thinly sliced)
- Fried shallots (onions)
Boil chicken neck for half and hour then add chicken breast (big blocks) for another half hour
Then take out the chicken from the chicken soup
Give the chicken neck to your cat (lol, I do that because the neck is only required to get the chicken stock)
Leave to cool your chicken breast and then strip them
Sauté onions and garlic minced in a deep pot. Then add your soup into the pot.
Add a bit of salt and vegeta.
Add bok choy, bean sprouts, and fish stuff. Boil for 10 minutes.
Add the stripped chicken breast (that was taken out earlier) into the pot of soup.
Add some sambal into your bowl if you wish, not into the pot (cuz not everyone likes spicy food!)
