Garlic Sauce

Origin: Syria, Lebanon
Ingredients :
* 3 Clove garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup Olive oil
* 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
* Salt to taste
Preparation :
Blend all ingredients well. This accompanies broiled or grilled chicken.
When eating the chicken is dipped in the sauce. ( This may also be used to brush chicken while broiling or grilling- just thin with lemon juice)
