Chicken Delight


  • 1 pound boneless chicken
  • 1 onion, thinly slivered
  • 4 tablespoons catsup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon spices, mixed
  • 3 leaves mint
  • Parsley to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Oil for frying


Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Fry the onions until crisp.

Add catsup, pepper and salt. Heat until oil separates.

Add the chicken and the spices.

Cover and cook until tender, turning once in a while.

Add mint leaves.

Remove from fire.

Garnish and serve with bread.

Serves 3.
