Sometimes when a recipe calls for many ingredients, its frustrating. You want a good meal in little time that requires little effort. This kofta recipe is perfect for you. You can grill kofta, bake it, broil it, or even pan fry it.
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsely
- 1 tablespoon minced onion (fresh if available)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Place on grill, or bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking.
You can also put cigar shaped kofta on skewers with other pieces of meat or veggies. Kofta is a very popular cookout food and is sometimes served on hotdog buns.
