Barbecued Tri-Tip Roast or Steak

Ingredients :

2-3 p Tri-Tip or Roast steaks

1 pkg. meat Marinade

Preparation :

You may use either a whole roast or one cut into steaks. Pierce meat with fork . Mix meat marinade with water according to package directions.
Place meat in marinade for 10 to 20 minutes. Place meat on hot barbecue, turn periodically.

A whole 2 to 3 pound roast takes about 30 minutes (it's best to cook the roast fat side down, because the burned fat side will be
cut off before serving).

Cook steaks according to desire doneness
