Meal Plan 1

TOTAL CALORIES 1115

Breakfast

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups of cereal with 8oz 2% (trim) milk
  • 1 tea or coffee
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 2 slices wheat bread
  • Sliced lettuce and tomato
  • 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of roast beef
  • 1 cup of mixed fruit
  • 1 cup of potato chips
  • 12 ounces of diet soft drink

Snack

  • 1 medium-sized peach

Dinner

  • 1 small tossed salad (with 2 tbsps of dressing)
  • 2 cups of cooked pasta
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp grated cheese
  • 12 ounces of water

Snack

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons granola/muesli

Meal Plan 2

TOTAL CALORIES 1105

Breakfast

  • 2 whole wheat waffles
  • 2 pats of low-fat butter
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of fruit
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 large tossed salad with 2 tbsp dressing
  • 6 ounces slice chicken
  • 1 cup of low-fat wheat thin crackers
  • 12 ounces of water

Snack

  • 1 medium-sized peach

Dinner

  • 1 small tossed salad (with 2 tbsps of dressing)
  • 6 ounces of grilled skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup of green breans
  • 2 pats low-fat butter
  • 12 ounces of water

Snack

  • 2 graham crackers
