  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon cornflour
  • some vegetable stock (liquid) from supermarket
  • fresh ground pepper

Place the frozen vegetables in the saucepan and add water Heat it till tender and thawed Add some vegetable stock to taste Mix little bit of cornflour with water in a small cup taking care not to make lumps Add this to the saucepan and cook further Turn off heat after a little while Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and ground pepper Enjoy with garlic toast

Utensils: saucepan, ladle, cup, spoon
