Caesar Salad with Garlic-Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf(s) (Small) French Bread
  • 2/3cup(s) Caesar salad dressing
  • 2 bag(s) (10 ounces each) romaine salad mix
  • 12 medium Garlic-grilled Shrimp
  • 1/3cup(s) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium Lemon, Cut Into Wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut garlic bread into 3/4-inch cubes (3 cups); place in jelly-roll pan. Bake croutons 7 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, in large salad bowl, toss dressing with romaine salad mix. Add shrimp, Parmesan, and croutons; toss well. Serve with lemon wedges.
