Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:

90 grams condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

1.In a small jar add condensed milk, milk, cream of tartar and vanilla. Tightly close the lid and shake until well combined, refrigerate.
