Entering or staying in a masjid - In the state of janaaba it is haram to stay in a masjid except passing through from one door and leaving from the other. This exception of passing through however, does not apply to Masjidul Haram,

Masjidun Nabi and the shrines of the Aimma. In these cases one is forbidden to even enter.

Leave something in or taking it out of a masjid.

Things that are Makruh in the state of Janaba

Eating and drinking (except after doing wudhoo, gargling or rinsing the nose).

Reciting more than 7 ayaat from the Qur’an.

Touching the cover of the Qur’an.

Sleeping (except after doing wudhoo).
