Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 (18 ounce) package lemon cake mix
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375.
2. Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in 1/2 of the cake mix, the egg and the vanilla until smooth.
4. Stir in remaining cake mix.
5. Drob by teaspoons.
6. on ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 8-10 minutes.
