Ingredients:
1 cup of watercress
2 cups of peeled and seeded papaya (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup of avocado (thinly sliced)
1 cup of canned hearts of palm (drained and sliced)
1 cup of tomato (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon of allspice
Method:
Arrange watercress plates.
Layer slices of papaya, avocado, hearts of palm, and tomato on top.
Stir together lime juice, coriander leaves, salt, coriander, and allspice.
Drizzle over papaya salads.
