Horseradish salsa

Apple cucumber
Chives
Horseradish leaves
Spring onion

Method

Toast bread slices

Mix together ricotta, honey, chili and nuts.

Top toasted bread with ricotta mix

Mix together salsa ingredients and serve along slide bruscetta.
