This recipe can be used for:

    30 LARGE PRAWNS
    40 MEDUIM PRAWNS
    60 SMALL PRAWNS

Ingredients:

1 dessertspoon fine garlic – crushed
2 dessertspoons fine red chillies – you may abit more depending on your taste buds
1 dessert spoon fine salt -as required
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tblsp melted butter
1 dessertspoon white vinegar

Ingredients:

Mix all ingredients together and marinate prawns. Allow prawns to marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Can be marinated overnight,

Grill:

Add blobs of butter over prawns and bake in a pre – heated oven for 200c

Small prawns – 8 minutes
Medium prawns 10 minutes
Large prawns 11 minutes
