Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Pound Icing sugar, approximately
Preparation:
In bowl, cream butter and cheese. Gradually blend in the icing sugar and vanilla until thick and smooth. Spread generously on cooled carrot cake, and serve.
